Have You Ever

Have you ever had one of those days?

You know, the kind where you reset your alarm instead of getting up to work out and then proceed to feel like a lazy fat ass for the remainder of the day?

The kind where you put on your spanx type shorts that suck in your hips, thighs, and butt only to find there is a hole in them right in the inner thigh.

The kind where you NEED those spanx like shorts because your thighs rub together so much you can start a fire between your legs.  Hence the hole.

The kind where you struggle to stay awake all day, even though you got a decent amount of sleep the night before.

The kind where you come home from work only to realize your central air is not working and your house is a gazillion degrees.

The kind where your children stay up too late the night before, wake up too early, and don't take a nap.

The kind where, because of your children not taking a nap, they are spazoids and will cry at any given moment should you look at, talk to, or breathe the wrong way.

The kind where your children throw balls at the screen TV, and the more you say no, the funnier it is and the more they do it.

The kind where you eat almost a half container of Oreo cookies dunked in milk.

The kind where you contemplate bulemia for a half a second.

The kind where it's 10pm and one of your children is still having a party in their crib, and the other woke up screaming hysterically for some unknown reason.

Have you ever had a day like that?  Yeah, me neither.

  1. Nope, never ever had a day like that. And if I'm lying, may I receive a thousand dollars by the end of the workday.

What, a girl can dream, can't she?

  4. Yes all those things maybe not on the same day, but isn't just one or two of those things enough.
Oh and mine are Assets from Target, the knock of from Spanx, but I prefer to call them squeezy drawers. LOL!!

  5. Hope today is better!! Why can't these kids just realize if they would nap like they should, it would make the whole day a LOT better?! A good naptime can fix almost anything! : )
