I'm excited for you! Congrats on the weight loss & even more congrats for getting up and working out!
I struggle with motivation on nearly a daily basis, but some days are better than others, and I know when I need to rest! But I know that I feel better, have more, energy, and am more motivated when I do workout, and that keeps me going! I've noticed a real difference this summer in spending time with the family! I'm just motivated to do things with the kids!
I am about to purchase one of the p90x videos... and my plans are to get up before everyone else and workout in the livingroom.
#1 to lose weight #2 doing it early to get my day going #3 doing it before everyone gets up because they will all point and laugh at me even if the majority of the people in my home are under the age of 5!!!!
I need to know the same thing... what keeps people motivated. I may giveup before I even get started!
It is SO hard!!! I decided in January that I was going to have to work out for the rest of my life. This is not a statement I have made to myself before. I have it on my calendar for Mon-Wed-Fri mornings and sometimes Saturday. 2-3 miles on the treadmill, 100 sit ups and free weights. I've only lost about 8 pounds, but my body shape really shows the difference. And I do feel better. I've been thinking about stepping it up to 5 mornings a week for a while, just to feel better in the swimsuit. Keep it up!!! You're doing great!!!
Congrats on the loss... keep it up! :) I am "re-starting" my workouts today too. Need to lose big and lose fast.
